The item itself looks really nice and feels well-made, so I’m happy with that part. But for what I paid, I kind of expected a bit more. Once you add shipping and a few options, the total climbs quickly. Also, the repeated verification steps were annoying, I felt like I had to keep proving I was myself over and over. Overall, it’s not bad, but I’m not totally convinced the value matches the price

"Still not resolved"
I reached out to RealCraft because a friend had actually recommended them, so I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the whole thing just dragged on. Responses were slow, I had to keep repeating the same details, and in the end the issue still wasn’t really fixed. Disappointing overall.

"Cheap hardware and a hassle to deal with"
The handles got loose way faster than they should have. I’m annoyed because now I have to spend extra time tightening or fixing something that should’ve just worked in the first place. Definitely not happy with the quality

Well... I ordered from realcraft expecting the wait to be somewhere around what they showed, but the lead time just kept getting pushed out. Every time I checked in, it either felt like there was another delay or I wasn’t getting a clear answer.
I understand custom work isn’t instant, but this ended up being way longer than I was prepared for. If I’d known it would take this much time, I probably would’ve looked somewhere else. Frustrating overall.

I tried reaching out to support about my order, it felt like I was just being brushed off the whole time. Every reply was slow and sounded like the same copy-paste message, like nobody actually cared what was going on with me. I kept hoping someone would finally help, but nope. I’m the one stuck dealing with it, and they couldn’t even make me feel heard. Definitely not buying from them again.

I was disappointed with the door. Compared to other doors I’ve bought in the past, this one just didn’t feel like it had the same level of care put into it. There were uneven spots and some rough edges that made it look a bit rushed. For the price, I really expected better craftsmanship.

I really wanted to love RealCraft, but I ended up feeling a little disappointed. I assumed there would be more ways to customize things, especially for the price, but once I started choosing the details, the options felt more limited than I expected. A couple of the finishes and sizes I had in mind weren’t available, and even small changes seemed like more of a hassle than they should’ve been. "Scuffed box, but clearly packed with care"
The box showed up a little scuffed, so at first I was slightly worried. But reading between the lines, you could tell the packaging inside did its job really well. Everything was secure, nothing was damaged, and I don’t have any real complaints.
